Fitness Activities
Whatever your fitness needs are, Renfrewshire Leisure has a fitness
class to suit you!
In deciding the class to suit, consider what you wish to gain from
taking part be it to feel fitter all round, improve you stamina or
tone your body as part of a weight loss programme.
Our range of High Impact classes offer a more strenuous workout of
muscle, heart and lungs while Low Impact classes focus on a more gentle
yet still effective approach to exercise.
Payment and Booking Information
Unless otherwise stated, all classes are £5.00 per session. Concessions are £3.50 . Club members are free as part of membership package.
Please note that the concession prices for fitness classes are available up until 5.30pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Advance booking for classes is recommended. Centre contact details can be found here.
Club members can book up to 7 days in advance (membership number must be quoted when booking).
Non members can book up to 2 days in advance.
Leisure Booking Card holders can book up to 7 days in advance. Further details can be found here.
