The annual Paisley 10k Road Race and Fun Run returns to County Square, Sunday 21st August.
This year’s race is open to all and is aimed at both the serious runner and those taking part for the first time. For families, friends and youngsters there is the Fun Run.
Once again the Paisley 10k will be on a flat fast course that will take runners to the west of the town after a loop around Paisley’s historic town centre. The start and finish will be adjacent to Paisley Cross. Over 3k of the route will be on the Paisley Canal to Kilmacolm cycle track. The course is an accurately measured 10k verified by an accredited Scottish Athletics measurer.

Free parking is available at the various town centre car parks. Gilmour Street Station is 200m from the start for competitors travelling by public transport.
Race packs will be posted out before the event up until Monday 15th August 2016. For late applications, race packs to be picked up on the day.
A medal will be awarded to all who finish. In event of dispute race organiser’s decision is final.
