We've teamed up with Hawkins Running, an online coaching service developed by Team GB Olympic Games and Team Scotland Commonwealth Games endurance athletes Derek and Callum Hawkins, to bring you some great training resources ahead of this year's Paisley 10k Road Race and Fun Run.
Suitable for runners of all abilities, these four plans will help you schedule your training and guide you in the weeks leading up to race day. All you have to do is choose what time you'd like to get in this year's race: 40 minutes, 50 minutes, 60 minutes or simply a plan to get you round and enjoy the atmosphere - the choice is yours!
