Tickets, once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged except in circumstances where the performance has been cancelled. Tickets must be returned to the point of purchase before a refund can be given.
In the event of cancellation, Renfrewshire Leisure will take reasonable steps to notify ticket holders. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to notify ticket holders prior to the event date. Furthermore, Renfrewshire Leisure will not be held responsible for any travel, accommodation or other ancillary costs incurred by the ticket holder.
Tickets that have been reserved must be paid for at least 3 working days prior to the date of the performance. Otherwise, tickets which have been reserved and not paid for may be released without notice.
We offer concessions for the following groups. However, please note that concessions are not available for all performances.
Proof of concession entitlement is required on collection of the ticket to which the concession applies.
Special Access Requirements
Customer must inform the box office, at the time of booking, of any ticket holders who require special access to the venue (for example: wheelchair users, those who cannot use stairs etc). Failure to do so may result in admission to the auditorium being denied on the day of the performance if we are unable to offer suitable seating that complies with our Fire & Evacuation procedures. The box office can be contacted on 0300 300 1210 or at email@example.com.
Postage of Tickets
Tickets purchased by telephone or online, within 5 working days of the performance date, will be held at the venue for collection at the box office rather than being posted out.
Renfrewshire Leisure reserves the right to refuse admission or to request that any ticket holder leave the auditorium and may take appropriate action to enforce this right. Renfrewshire Leisure will not be held responsible for any personal property brought into the venue. Ticket holders agree to abide by the Fire & Evacuation procedures at all times. These are available to customer on request and/or are displayed within the venue.
Latecomers will be admitted at the sole discretion of the visiting theatre company and only during a suitable break in the performance. This may be at the interval.
Food & Drink
No hot drinks are allowed in the auditorium. All other drinks must be in plastic glasses.
Children of all ages using a seat must have a valid ticket and be supervised at all times. No one under the age of 14 will be admitted to a performance without being accompanied by a responsible adult (who must be aged 18 years or over).
The use of all types of photographic or recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in removal from the auditorium.
Please switch off all mobile phones before entering the auditorium.
Patrons should be aware that strobe lighting, smoke effects and gunshots are sometimes used in productions. Notices of any such special effects will be posted at the venue on the evening of the performance.
