Please complete this cancellation request ensuring all fields have been completed. Failure to do so will result in a delay with your cancellation.
Please do not cancel your direct debit until your cancellation is confirmed in writing from Renfrewshire Leisure.
Whilst we shall endeavour to deal with your cancellation as quickly as possible, please note it can take up to 10 working days to process your request.
From an administrative perspective, we have a ‘lead time’ in order to be able to process cancellations on a monthly basis. The payment run is sent to the bank well in advance of the 7th of the month, hence the required notice period below.
If you notify us before the 20th of the December your will make no further payments (e.g. before the 20th December the last debit will have been collected on 9th November ). If it is after the 20th, your payment on the 7th January will still be collected and your membership will be valid for a further month.
