Service Update- Coronavirus

Please be aware all members paying by Direct Debit will have their Direct Debit suspended (no need to contact us or your bank) with immediate effect. Members that have paid up front for an annual membership will have their membership extended at no cost to cover the period of closure.


Please complete this cancellation request ensuring all fields have been completed. Failure to do so will result in a delay with your cancellation. All membership cancellations require 1 month’s notice.


Please do not cancel your direct debit until your cancellation is confirmed in writing from Renfrewshire Leisure.


Whilst we shall endeavour to deal with your cancellation as quickly as possible, please note it can take up to 10 working days to process your request.


Please note if you notify us before the 7th of the month, your last direct debit will be for that month (e.g. before the 7th May the last debit will be May). If it is after the 7th, it will be the following month
