New What's On Guide Launched for Autumn Performance and Events Season

The brand new What's On Guide to Renfrewshire Leisure's Autumn performance season has been launched today with a programme jam-packed with cultural events over the next four months.

Tickets are now on sale for shows including a wide variety of music, drama, comedy, dance, exhibitions and family events.

Highlights include shows from Jazz supremo Tommy Smith, drama A Bench on the Road, that tells the story of Scottish-Italian immigrants from 1850-1950, comedy from top stand up Daniel Sloss and a world premier The Tapping from visual theatre maker Al Seed.

We've also programmed some fantastic shows for children of all ages, from interactive theatre The Shape of Things for under 2s to drama Anatomy of the Piano (for beginners) for 10+. We've also got the ever-popular Funbox, appearing at Johnstone Town Hall for the first time in December.

Added to that our regular schedule of classes and workshops and exhibitions there is something for everyone!

Help us celebrate all of the cultural experiences that Renfrewshire has to offer by getting involved in our brand new #CultureCaptured campaign.

We would like you to share your cultural experiences with us; take photos, videos, tweet, blog, and talk about the events you've been to and include the hashtag #culturecaptured.
