All access is via pre-booking and pre-payment only. Go to https://bookings.renfrewshireleisure.com/. Once each booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email and advice on the guidance which must be followed at our venues. While we would prefer people to book online whenever possible, those who are unable to do so can call 0300 300 0250.
We still need customers to pre-book sessions to support attendance for track and trace obligations and to ensure that existing capacity levels are not exceeded. Advance booking also guarantees the slot for customers.
Sessions are one-hour long (55 minutes activity). Please arrive no less than 10 minutes prior to sessions to get checked in.
Double sessions can now be booked. Members can book as normal, non-members can pay for both slots to secure the booking.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, please cancel more than one hour before the beginning of your session to avoid a no-show being recorded. You can do this via your 'Future Bookings' in the online booking site, or by calling the centre directly on 0300 300 0250.
You will need to arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. We will confirm your attendance and contact information prior to access. Outstanding payments must be made prior to access. No late arrivals will be allowed to access a class. Please bring a pre-filled water bottle. No water fountains are in operation. A reduced number of toilets will be available for customer use.
You will be asked to confirm your attendance and ensure that all contact information is correct. Please sanitise/wash your hands before, during and after your gym session. All customers must clean equipment with sanitising cleaner. When your session is over please vacate the gym promptly, to allow us to prepare for the next session/customers.
Please arrive up to 10 minutes prior to the start of your class. We will confirm your attendance and contact information prior to access. Outstanding payments must be made prior to access. No late arrivals will be permitted access to class. The programme on offer has been adapted and staggered in timings to ensure a safe flow of customers. This may mean some classes are held in different areas of the building. Please bring your own mat if you have one.
Please be aware of any floor markings, which have been measured out and follow the guidance of one customer in each floor space. We will ask you to fill the workout spaces as near to the front of the hall as possible. When you arrive, find a marked workout zone and place your valuables in it. Please sanitise/wash your hands before, during, and after your class. Please clean equipment with the sanitising spray provided before and after use. Please maintain a physical distance between yourself and others at all times.
Changing rooms and showers will be open, although customers are advised to still arrive 'session ready' as maximum capacity in changing rooms will remain limited.
One-way systems have now been removed and fitness equipment is generously spaced. Cleaning stations remain in place for users.
Ralston’s 3G pitch is again available for teams with pre-booked slots and who are ready to play. However, the pavilion at Ralston currently remains closed and is not available for team changing. We continue to monitor all guidance around the reopening and operation of all of our venues and react accordingly. We will widen access as soon as we are safely able to do so.
When your class is over, please leave the hall promptly to allow us to clean and prepare for the next class / customers. Please keep to physical distancing guidance as you leave the hall. If you have booked two consecutive classes, you will still need to leave the studio in between the two classes. There will be a gap between classes to allow for cleaning. Once you have finished your class, please leave the facility via the route identified via signage. Whilst we are delighted to see you back, we ask that you exit the facility as soon as possible because we have arranged our class bookings to carefully manage the number of people in our building at any one time. We thank you for playing your part in keeping everyone safe.
Bookings for a limited number of sports on indoor courts - within certain restrictions - are open. Bookings can be made by calling 0300 300 0250
We continue to monitor the uptake of fitness classes, the programme will change to reflect group programme performance. The current timetable of 113 classes is currently averaging 53% space uptake.
We plan to return coached classes in the Autumn. Further details will be released in due course.
The team will continue to offer appointments over the telephone during this period of disruption. Resource packs are being compiled and will be made available to all via our website & social media. For any questions contact Robert Agnew at email@example.com.
