The Lagoon Leisure Centre is currently running a Meditation class on a Wednesday evening from 7.30pm to 8.30pm as an added extra to the current fitness timetable.
The class is held in our Wellness Suite and is a great way to relax and get away from the stresses of everyday life.
This class can not only provide you with some valuable stress relief, but can also be extremely beneficial for your daily workouts, no matter what they involve.
Whether it’s something you have tried before, or something completely new, all are welcome to try out this fantastic new class.
