Are you up for a Walking Challenge in your local community during your daily exercise?
We challenge you and your household to walk 48 miles in 4 weeks throughout the month of June.
Walking is great activity, whether you are young or older and is good for both mental and physical health. Whilst practicing social distancing at all times, we challenge you to walk as far as you can, may it be around your garden if you are considered at high risk or around your local area where government guidelines allow.
This is not a competition or a race it’s a personal challenge!
