Renfrewshire Outdoor Adventure Week
18th, 19th, 20th October - Age 11yrs + - Time: 9.30am – 4.00pm
This is a great fun and wet activity come and learn how to kayak or develop your skills. Participants need to be water confident and able to swim 25m.
This activity is ideal for all individuals regardless of ability and offers different climbs at to suit all. Although a beginner session this will suit better if you have some rock climbing experience.
This challenging gorge offer abseiling, climbing and jumping into waterfalls need wetsuits as full immersion is likely.
This session offers an introduction to mountain biking skills and techniques and will involve long rides and big hills with some fun downhill sections. These days require the ability to confidently ride a bike on off road terrain please do not book this activity unless you can.
Scrambling / Caves
This offers a chance to explore the Succoth boulder field (its kind of like over ground caving) with fun climbs and tight squeezes in the rocks above Arrochar.
We have an easy introductory day hill walk planned in Aberfoyle that will offer the chance to learn some basic map reading skills and learn how to build shelters in the woods.

Renfrewshire Leisure rugby camp programme is aimed at P1-S2 playing age groups and provides well organised and structured activities, utilising the experienced and qualified coaches from the Renfrewshire Rugby Development Team. Opportunity to develop and learn new skills, join in fun games/activities, meet new friends. Coaching from qualified, disclosure-checked coaches.
