Who delivers the camps?

This year camps will be delivered by Renfrewshire Active Schools and their qualified team of coaches.

What Covid-19 guidance is being followed?

Coaches will be following national governing body guidance in order to deliver the camps and this will be followed for all sports. All activities will be risk assessed prior to the start of the camps. The facilities also have Covid-19 procedures in place to create a safe environment including hand sanitiser stations and one way systems.

What activities will be on offer?

A mixture of fun indoor and outdoor sporting activities, arts & crafts, games, and so much more will be delivered.

What will the camp structure look like?

Unfortunately the exact structure and timings of camps won’t be confirmed until attendance numbers and Government Tier Levels are confirmed closer to the time. All activities will be fully risk assessed and National Governing Body Guidance will be followed at all times.

Will the camps be outside?

Due to the current climate, participants will be assigned to smaller groups than normal to take part in activities. Coaches will be utilising all available spaces within the facilities including indoor and outdoor spaces. For this reason all participants should bring suitable indoor and outdoor clothing.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided by Renfrewshire Leisure. All participants should bring a packed lunch, snacks and enough water for a full day of activities.

Can participants refill water bottles?

Coaches will be on hand to refill bottles if required.

How do I get a discount for additional children or families on income support?

To get the discount, please book your space online and pay in full. Once booked, email with proof of Universal Credit (if required). They will then process the discount as a refund to your payment method. If you have any problems or are not able to book and pay in fully initially, then please contact the email address first. Siblings will automatically receive a discount at checkout.
