Library Services

Renfrewshire Libraries online service is filled with a vast range of audio and e-books, and e-magazines for readers of all ages. All library resources are completely free of charge and available to library members. Click here to get reading now.

At home workouts

Click here to access the NHS Fitness Studio to choose from 24 instructor led workout videos, ranging from 10 to 45 minutes. Choose from aerobic exercise, strength and resistance, and Pilates and yoga categories.

Les Mills On Demand

To help you stay active when it’s not possible to visit our venues, we’ve teamed up with Les Mills and you can now enjoy access to over 800 Les Mills On Demand workouts FREE for 60 days. Simply click below to get started.

When you sign up you’ll be asked for payment details, but won’t be charged for the 60-day trial. If you want to continue beyond that, you’ll automatically become a paying subscriber at a special Renfrewshire Leisure rate of £7.94 a month (instead of the usual £11.95). Please note the trial is valid for new subscribers only.

Terms and conditions apply: New members will be billed after their free trial but you can cancel future payments at ANY time.

 

Health and Wellbeing with Renfrewshire Leisure

Despite current temporary closures of our services and facilities, Renfrewshire Leisure Health & Wellbeing team are continuing to deliver support, advice and opportunities to keep you healthy and well. 

We have specialist staff to offer guidance and support via telephone, a variety of resources to help you get active or maintain your activity levels and advice on how to keep your mind as healthy as possible.

Our team have created a pack to support you to keep as active as you can in the current situation. The pack includes a variety of resources to support you in getting or staying active.

Mental Health

As well as keeping a healthy body, keeping our mind health is just as important. Keeping connected, staying busy and being virtually social can all help our mind.

If you are looking for an alternative to your regular exercise class, or just scoping opportunities to what exercise you can do at home, Renfrewshire Leisure Health and Wellbeing team have identified a wide variety of resources suitable for all abilities.

Macmillan Cancer Support

Move More

Move More Renfrewshire offers support for anyone affected by cancer to become more active. Taking part in physical activity during and after cancer treatment can play a huge part in enabling you to take back control. Currently we have a pack containing a range of materials to help you keep active during your cancer treatment.
